A perfect project for this idea is to make a hardwood floor with wood from locally grown trees. This room was only 250 sq ft. We d love to have wood floor everywhere except the bathrooms and this might be a way to make it happen without breaking the bank. There are three common hardwood trees in northeast montana they are the ash the siberian elm and the russian olive.
